Perfect Audience (discontinued) vs. Skylead

I would recommend Perfect Audience to anyone who wants to use a 3rd party to scale up. I find the audience builder pretty terrible in Google AdWords so I was looking for something a bit easier to use and this fit the bill easily.

There are many LinkedIn automation products available, from Chrome extensions to desktop applications, to cloud-based apps like Skylead, and I've used many of them. Skylead stands apart with a simple, intuitive interface that is easy for my clients to use, is very economical compared to others, and is focused on continual improvement and customer service.

• The bulk uploading feature is great and makes it easy to upload numerous ad campaigns

• Convenient message inbox for responding to new leads.
• Ability to integrate with CRMs and other 3rd party software for more automation.
• Smart Sequences that use conditional logic to send LinkedIn messages as well as emails.
• Customer service is very responsive and super helpful. They are a pleasure to work with.
• Skylead is constantly improving and adding/updating features based on actual users' input via a feature request forum.

• Constantly left Googling how to do things because the system is sometimes confusing

• It would be nice to be able to add steps to a sequence in an existing campaign
• The user hierarchy is a little confusing, in terms of placing my end-user clients under my master account—a little unintuitive
• Similar to above, it would be nice to have an additional level of user access, for scenarios in which I have a client with multiple salespeople on the platform, each with their own login (as it is now, with access only to their own account), but also have a companywide admin account for a sales manager who has access to all of their accounts with one login (I think they are working on this feature).

The bulk uploading feature is certainly my preferred feature of Perfect Audience. This tool has made creating new ad campaigns quick and easy. I used to have to upload facebook then Instagram then another social media page and instead I upload everything all at once and it certainly makes it easier for all of us.

The support team could be a little more useful. After our implementation calls and getting everything setup, we did feel that they were not as responsive and I did find myself googling solutions to things that the support team could have helped us with.

I have used Google Ads which has a difficult interface to use as well as Ad Roll. Perfect Audience beats them both in functionality and usability.

• The convenience of Perfect Audience has made things smoother for us. This convenience means less time spent managing ads and more time focusing on running our business.
• Re-marketing features have been superior to AdWords.
