I think they are a great fit for any small business looking for bookkeeping and even some ap services. I like all the financial reporting they do, which is something I would struggle with on my own.

Entrepreneurs and independent contractors who have not formalized their business operations and expense tracking can upgrade their internal efficiencies by launching QuickBooks Solopreneur. As they grow, they can upgrade to higher subscription levels, but this product offers a low-cost option with minimal unnecessary features to get started. If you already have a team, you may want to consider QuickBooks Online. If you are a one-person show, this solution works well.

  • I would say that only room for improvement would be to offer more educational opportunities that explain what the numbers mean.

Very easy to teach yourself. As long as you know the difference between income and expenses you can do it. Plus there is always help from the QB community.

Not applicable. I am a ProAdvisor and I do not allow my clients (with few exceptions) to work in QuickBooks Online. I am the only person booking transactions, etc.

Nobody else seemed to have the same capabilities and fit with our company culture as well. QuickBooks or Xero alone don't offer the same level of service and would require too much effort on our part. We used inDinero with my prior company and they just missed a lot of things that ended up causing problems.

When it comes to QuickBooks Solopreneur, it helps manage tasks easily and allows users to find all the options without difficulty. When adding or deleting anything, it is simple to locate the right option and take the needed action
