Chose Planview ProjectPlace
The price made it impossible for us to select Projectplace as a long-term solution so it was quickly discarded. But the main issue was really the lack of support for more complex agile methodologies. We were unable to really work within a pure SAFe or Scrum framework since the …
It is easy to access whether you are using a desktop or through mobile app. I like how it is useful in creating ad hoc reports, and helps in adapting to custom processes and controls.
While not expensive, it is better suited to larger organizations since the requirement for an administrator is not easily maintained at lower user counts. Although the more a site uses it "out of the box" without configuration, the less the requirement for a system administrator.

We this investment of time & training, the cost of maintaining Projectplace is relatively low for the benefit. It offers a simpler alternative that's easier to manage by the less tech-savvy people. I also think that Planview Projectplace has managed to keep the product updated compared to other project management tools. Miro is perhaps the one that comes to mind, but while evaluating, we saw fewer issues with Planview Projectplace. Overall, the decision came down to the project manager, that had previous experience and recommended the product. For me, using a product from a smaller company is better because I know that there will be a focus on improving it, unlike, for example, Microsoft products that can be discontinued at any moment.
This is always hard to gauge since we don't have metrics for "did nothing" to compare against. An old Business Roundtable white paper indicated that a 10% reduction in expense could be attained, but I don't think a general statement like that applies to any specific organization unless they can say their Project Management Maturity level is low.
[We have the] ability to support remote work through projects that scale across multiple groups
We have large-scale quarterly projects, so the ability to save and duplicate project templates are helpful for us to keep track of tasks down to the specific card
