PLANOLY vs. SAP Cloud for Social Engagement

Planoly is perfect for managing social media accounts for business or public figures. It would work great for personal use as well but maybe wouldn't be as necessary. For business purposes, it changes the game! Having something that is easy to teach colleagues to use is one of the most important features I looked for when choosing a social media management platform

• Utilize social preconfigured templates to respond quickly to current and potential clients.
• Go above and beyond the number of Twitter followers and Facebook likes. Gain real-time insight into key trends and topics being discussed.

I gave SAP Cloud for Social Engagement this rating because of the success I have seen personally within my company. I gave a rating of '10' because I highly recommend this product to others. Having better insight into my client's and vendor's opinion of my company's brand and services has allowed us to market ourselves better

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. Everything was always impeccably handled in a timely manner! 100% satisfaction.

I provided SAP Cloud for Social Engagement this rating since the product has such a great backing along with the SAP brand itself. There is a lot of support behind this product as it connects with a variety of social media platforms, like Facebook and Twitter. The support provided by SAP in terms of tech help is wonderful as well. There is a lot of support from all angles

I have tried an AI tool called Vocable and used Google Sheets to plan my content. PLANOLY is better because of the visual grid feature. However, vocable is better in terms of the variety of content. With Vocable, we can create text content for Instagram, YouTube, and Linkedin, Product pages, SEO meta titles, descriptions, email newsletters, Blog posts etc. However, PLANOLY is only limited to Instagram and Pinterest.

The SAP solution is more complete than others because it includes capabilities for social media listening, real-time social media message response, social profiles and history, and analytics in one system.

• It allowed us to engage with potential customers for clients in an easy way
• Our follower count went up by a steady 100 followers per week
