I have used SAP Cloud for Social Engagement within my company's Sourcing Department. We use Social Engagement to communicate with our e-commerce customers and vendors. We also use Social Engagement within our Sales Department to communicate with clients.

- Access to real-time insight into key trends and topics
- Include more social network standard integrations
- Include more ready to use templates
- Add more metrics within reports being pulled
- Provides real-time social media messaging responses
- Organizes analytics within one system
- Our planners and sales team has seen an overall increase in business and revenue after implementing the SAP Cloud for Social Engagement
- Cvent Social Tables and Oracle Social Cloud (legacy)
- SAP Cloud for Social Engagement's analytic capabilities proved far more financially viable than that of Cvent or Oracle's capabilities.
- SAP Cloud for Social Engagement allows me to find clients and vendors by targeting key words within social media messages and sort them by urgency and relevance. Having a better understanding of our client's wants and needs helps my company gain traction against our competitors.
