PLANOLY vs. SOCi

Planoly is perfect for managing social media accounts for business or public figures. It would work great for personal use as well but maybe wouldn't be as necessary. For business purposes, it changes the game! Having something that is easy to teach colleagues to use is one of the most important features I looked for when choosing a social media management platform

SOCi is a fantastic tool for a franchise business because it provides the ability to post in bulk while also posting localized content. So, you can share the same basic content across all of your locations, but SOCi's tagging system inserts a location's phone number or website for each individual location. This helps create a localized feel and personalized touch -- but you only schedule one post, making it easy and efficient to localize content in mass posting. This principle applies to paid ads as well. Because of these features, SOCi may not be the best platform for companies with just one location

• Firstly, as a user of Brandify, I am really fond of their after-sales support services because as a user these services matter a lot.
• Brandify has made the work so much easier as it avoids spending time looking for better options.
• It is very helpful platform for the growth of a company.
• Its analysis helps us in foreseeing situations that can be either good or bad and ensure that we think of a possible solution.

• Their analytics are sub-par to other tools that I use.
• Their website can be a little clunky until you learn to navigate it.
• It takes a long time to be fully on-boarded and running on the platform with all information syncing together.

There are some aspects of the scheduling of posts that could be more user friendly for the less tech-savvy users.

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. We have not had to contact support so there is nothing to say in response to this question. We are sure that if we needed to contact them we would be able to get any issues resolved quickly

I have tried an AI tool called Vocable and used Google Sheets to plan my content. PLANOLY is better because of the visual grid feature. However, vocable is better in terms of the variety of content. With Vocable, we can create text content for Instagram, YouTube, and Linkedin, Product pages, SEO meta titles, descriptions, email newsletters, Blog posts etc. However, PLANOLY is only limited to Instagram and Pinterest.

• It allowed us to engage with potential customers for clients in an easy way
• Our follower count went up by a steady 100 followers per week
• Our numbers for viewers on videos and IG Lives doubled
