Preno - Hotel Management Software vs. RevenueWize

It has scalability, automation and very progressive. They listen to customer needs and adapt quickly. I look forward to the next phase of our journey with them. The business model is driven by a team of experts who truly care about your business. This quality supersedes any other quality sought in a business.

RevenueWize is suited to Vendors, Sellers, and agencies. There are many tools on the market, and Revenuewize is great for both account review and direct account management. The keyword tools enable you to focus budgets on best-performing keywords and exclude or reduce bids on unprofitable or poor performers. The tool for including Target ACOS is excellent for understanding profitability as well as performance.

• Staff need to know how to use SiteMinder.
• Preno failed miserably at onboarding our business.
• Up to 21 hours to respond to chats, and phones often go unanswered.
• Poor linkage with Xero. Cost me over $3000 for an accountant to undo Xero issues after I spent hours going through the setup with someone from Preno.
• I purchased this for ease with Xero. This is absolutely false as Preno staff were unable to link it to Xero properly.

• Increase the time period for review from current 30 day Max
• Use Amazon Marketing cloud to include DSP and other platform data

Preno integrates with Light Speed and Xero. The two software systems we needed in our business. The integration gave us more time to focus on sales and other key aspects of the business.

I find RevenueWIze to be a better hands-on tool as it provides important data in an easy to analyze format. Helium 10 offers more on the Macro level (less account specific). I find the RevenueWize interface to be more user-friendly than Helium 10.
