Overall Satisfaction with Preno - Hotel Management Software

I use Preno as a PMS linked with SiteMinder for all of my national and international bookings for boutique accommodation business.
  • Links to SiteMinder.
  • Down $3000+ due to accountants fees.
  • Cheaper than Cloudbeds initially but price has now increased so no savings anymore.
SiteMinder bloke told me Preno was the best long-term if using Xero. He lied.

Staff cannot direct you how to link with Xero. Staff doesn't answer the phone or reply to chats for up to 22 hours. Staff doesn't care that it cost me a fortune to undo Xero issues that should never have occurred in the first place.

Using Preno - Hotel Management Software

1 - Reception. Need to put nightly rate in on the date when looking at Preno. Now you have to flip through to SiteMinder to find dates when talking to people. Unnecessary. If nightly price was visible so much better.
