Projecturf vs. Unanet ERP for AE

It is appropriate for team tasks. It is not appropriate for us to use a medical scheduling tool for our participants.

All of our accounting needs, from Accounts Receivable tools and Accounts Payable have been able to be met and exceeded by the automation tools that Unanet ERP for AE has implemented. Less appropriate is use for Business Development and marketing, of which we have an additional external system to use as a resource.

• Manages files and communication
• Allows us to track tickets
• Ensures we have tasks clearly outlined with timelines

• Timesheets
• Expense Reports.
• Billing

• From what I understand, there was no good way to tracking the time it took to complete tasks and a way to evaluate all that data.
• Sometimes, when a team member thought they posted something on the notes module it is never viewable by other members.

• The report module can include more canned reports.

I am not in the position to choose our project management software, and my current company has already used our current software for a number of years. But if I were to ever use project management software for personal projects with remote team members then I think Projecturf would be a great contender for the job.

I rate Unanet high because overall, it is good at what it does. It is user-friendly, allows my organization to bill properly, and is easily adapted by our staff. The drawbacks of Unanet are that its interface is outdated and it is lacking some reporting options. It also has some small issues regarding timesheets.

It is very good against its competition. We have used tools like Asana, Basecamp, Wrike and Trello, and it outpaces all of them.

I prefer InFocus over other products.
