ProWorkflow vs. Wagepoint

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

I highly recommend Wagepoint, especially for start-up companies. Their fees are really cheap and the quality of their work is really good. They may have room for improvement on the reporting side, but given their flexibility, they can always find a way to help your organization. I definitely recommend Wagepoint.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• Reports need to be improve. You cannot customize your preferred report. Thus, manual reporting happens at times. But you can't complain on the cost.
• Flexibility on late notice of payroll processing. Lowering additional fees could help us.
• Need to ask clients for feedback on the use of system.

Wagepoint is great for our Canadian employees, as Gusto does not support multi-national workforces. However, Gusto provides a much more robust system with which you can manage employees salaries, healthcare benefits, and additional benefits. Gusto also provides ample data with which to evaluate costs, understand employees, and forecast future costs, which Wagepoint does not support.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation

• Lower payroll administration expenses
• Time and effort is saved from filing remittances to relevant government bodies.
