This platform is really excellent for the creation and implementation in your projects and newsrooms, it helps you improve all your writing, it has incredible implementations such as Gmail, Microsoft Word, among others, through ProWritingAid our company has managed to improve the newsrooms, it provides you a better development and be much more efficient in your projects. through this platform you can not only improve writing and create content without grammatical errors but also eliminate all plagiarized and paraphrased texts, thanks to this tool you can write authentic texts, with a good rhythm and excellent readability.

I find it great for personal use especially when you are a visual person. As an assistant that needs a lot of organizing, it's wonderful. It helped me a lot and I usually don't require a lot of features. I also find it great for accessibility stuff, I respect that since I have a relative who has special needs. I didn't really need that specifically, but it's nice to know it was considered.

• Fully equipped - the ProWritingAid tool gives you almost all the writing control you could ever need or want.
• Ease of use - The ProWritingAid app has an intuitive dashboard and all the features and functionalities listed on the top bar. This writing assistant for online users offers you a great way to improve the content in just a few minutes.
• Price: Compared to other online editing programs with grammar checkers like Grammarly, Ginger. ProWritingAid Premium is only $ 60 a year, which is affordable for most people.
• Integrate Scrivener and Google docs - We've been waiting for this for a long time. Especially those who use Scrivener. Gdocs is not supported, yet the ProWritingAid fix on your text within your document makes it easier for you.
• Style Editor - Comes with an attractive writing and editing tool.

• Extremely user-friendly: simple, easy-to-follow interface really made ramping up on the offering incredibly fast and painless.
• Variety of templates: Venngage has a HUGE assortment of templates ranging from corporate reports and business decks to more visually-engaging, "fun" content such as infographics, awesome charts, and highly customizable social graphics.
• Brand-alignment: we really appreciated the opportunity to tee up our brand guidelines and have those remain on the back-end and let us apply our style guide to multiple templates instantaneously.

• One of the websites I visit has troubles with the addon.
• Another typical issue is that some of the "correction lines" that appear under the text do not match.
• The only drawback is that in order to get good content, you must copy and paste it into a new document in My Home for ProWritingAid.

• It's hard to lock graphics into place in Venngage once you create something.
• Layering is next to impossible. The feature is there but is very difficult to use and most times the user is better off copying the object over instead
• Unless you have a business account (we have a professional account- middle grade) you cannot sort and organize your infographics. This is messy and cumbersome to go through and the price difference between professional and business grade accounts was quite large.

I use Venngage for a new project 1-2 times per week... I could not see using another program at this point.

Massive help with candidate facing communication whereas sourcing message, offer letters or rejection notes. Saves time and brain power whereas helps to avoid rewring and overthinking for emails or linkedin postings. Helps with non native English speaker whereas not everyone can speak or write a better english for the others understanding

I find it very user friendly, straight to the point, and the minor issues I found wasn't really impacting on my role. So I think it would depend? but personally I find it perfect for me. There were lots of templates I could use, and they were very open to feedback and customer service was very accommodating.

I think that the attention that I get as a small business owner from Venngage is excellent. They quickly respond to questions and provide information that helps to resolve the issue that I am having.

ProWritingAid is a desktop program with add-ins for Word, Outlook,
Chrome, and Google Docs. Helping you type wherever you are, its advanced
capabilities allow you to select a writing style, create language variants, set
unique standards and procedures, and control user classes.

We prefer Canva but feel Venngage is easier for us. In comparison to Adobe, we prefer Venngage because of the ability to have everything in one system and not have to jump around.

• ProWritingAid is perfect if you have words that you use regularly that are not correct words, such as brand names, slang, or abbreviations. It is not necessary to correct each of these errors, just by clicking on "add to dictionary" ProWritingAid reminds that that word has to pass.

• It was frustrating to be required to purchase a full month, not be able to download into PowerPoint and edit, and not be given a refund.
