Entrepreneurs and independent contractors who have not formalized their business operations and expense tracking can upgrade their internal efficiencies by launching QuickBooks Solopreneur. As they grow, they can upgrade to higher subscription levels, but this product offers a low-cost option with minimal unnecessary features to get started. If you already have a team, you may want to consider QuickBooks Online. If you are a one-person show, this solution works well.

Sage 300cloud is a great option when it comes to cloud accounting/tracking software. In comparison to Sage's other products, Sage 300cloud is the only cloud/web based option with modern UI's and more intuitive interfaces. Additionally, Sage 300cloud offers an entire system of customer integrations that become available dependent on subscription level. Sage 300cloud also offers integrations between other Sage products (AP, CRM, etc) that allows for better automation and efficiency

    • Resolving their technical glitches
    • Customer service follow-through
    • Making it easy to see your income
    • Having work-arounds when they have technical glitches - for example, just allow me to mark the transaction as paid if you can't link it to the transaction.

    • Little things, like changing the company name - are more difficult than we would like (We used to be MSDSSAB but legally shortened it to MSDSB).
    • A management financial reporting tool with live access - to premade reports - without paying an arm and a leg would be appreciated.
    • More training opportunities in local areas - or nearby - would be appreciated...

It is a solid stable product with a large user community and large ISV community. Support and Training are easy to access and obtain and there is larger reseller channel to ensure the firm you work with is honest. It is scalable and there are multiple deployment and payment options.

I gave it this rating because it's an excellent fit for my sole proprietorship and ,since I operate like a one person business I needed something simple, practical, and easy to use.Quickbooks helps manage my income,my expenses and organizes my transactions, keeping me on track of all my business finances without making the process overly done.It helps save me time and stay organized, although there are a few features with limitations that did not significantly affect my experience. Bottom line this software provided everything I needed to successfully manage my micro mini business which gets a 10 in my grade book.

Sage 300cloud is intuitive and user friendly after some training. It does require implementation and training but once that's done, this software is easy to use and navigate. Support for Sage 300cloud is spot on and offers assistance over the simplest to [the] most complex of tasks. Finding information or learning new tasks within Sage 300cloud is relatively easy and educational.

    Reliability and Availability
    Intuit
Yes, QuickBooks Solopreneur is generally available when needed. Because it is a cloud based application, users can access it from anywhere with an internet connection. However, occasional application errors, maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or unexpected service outages can temporarily affect access. These issues appear to be relatively uncommon, so I would rate its availability 8/10.

    Performance
    Intuit
QuickBooks Solopreneur generally performs quickly and efficiently. Pages and common features load within a reasonable amount of time, and reports typically generate quickly enough for everyday business needs. Performance can vary depending on internet connection, device, and the amount of data being processed, but overall the software provides a smooth user experience. Id give it a 9/10

Turnover is high in the Sage Support department so sometimes it is difficult to get a rep who knows the issue well. Reps are good and getting assistance when they need it. Sometimes support is more interested in closing issue than actually solving problem. It can be difficult at times to have issues escalated but overall the support is good.

    Online Training
    Intuit
Quickbooks Solopreneur offers strong online training and learning resources ,including step by step tutorial ,instructional videos ,webinars, help articles, and access to Quickbooks experts.I gave the online training a 9 out of 10 because the resources are convenient ,accessible, and cover most of the functions a new user would need to learn .I didn't give it a 10 because some uses may still need additional personalized instruction when dealing with more complex accounting questions or features.

QuickBooks Solopreneur is easy to understand and work with and is more convenient compared to other options. QuickBooks Desktop has many disadvantages. When it comes to QuickBooks Solopreneur, it helps manage tasks easily and allows users to find all the options without difficulty. When adding or deleting anything, it is simple to locate the right option and take the needed action

    Scalability
    Intuit
My scalability rating would have to be a 6 out of 10 QuickBooks Solopreneur provides some scalability as a business grows, but it is primarily designed for individual business owners and small businesses. It can handle increasing financial activity, but its ability to support multiple departments, sites, and users is limited compared with more advanced QuickBooks products.
