Quire vs. XWiki

Well-suited for small teams. It's feature-rich and simple, but doesn't have the bug-tracking capabilities of heavier tools like Jira. Low setup overhead, so it's easy to jump in and start quickly! Best Gantt chart experience I've had in a while.

XWiki is very well suited for a very wide range of web collaboration and web development.

• The ability to tag and label items.
• The ability to set the priority level.
• The ability to complete items and have them removed from the list.

• XWiki makes it easy to manage semi-structured information, which is at the heart of every knowledge nexus of organizations. It makes it easy to manage in a single system both structured data (such as memberships, projects), and unstructured data.
• XWiki offers a very rich API for creating enterprise applications quickly that are easy to maintain and evolve collaboratively.
• XWiki templating and skinning system is extremely flexible and powerful.

• Quire syncs with your calendar, but it would be nice to see an actual calendar within the app as well.

• While the basic pieces are available for turning XWiki into an advanced semantic system, some features could be made available more prominently to the user for easing the use of faceted and typed links, paving the way for a new era of collaborative knowledge sharing.

Very easy to input tasks, assign them to people, and make dependencies between tasks. Workflow is super convenient once you get used to using enter or tab in the right place. Can do a lot of things from the keyboard, but the commands are not as intuitive as those in Todoist.

Friendly and prompt support. No issues.

Quire comes close to Nuclino, but Nuclino wins with its ability to create "cards" and organize a little more neatly.

XWiki key differentiators in my opinion:

• Fast app development framework with very rich API
• Open-source strategy, opening the way to collaborative innovation

• Very positive, helped us organize our work effectively.

• XWiki has a positive impact on the OW2 communication and collaborations strategies. It saves time when developing applications.
