Reachdesk vs. Veeqo

It is well suited for employees that are sending products, samples, gift cards, or swag to customers, prospects, or partners constantly. It helps speed up and streamline that process a considerable amount. This helps with brand recognition, onboarding new partners, and keeping customers happy! This has helped my company increase sales activity and increase business as well.

By pre-entering all your item dimensions and weights, you can book the shipping with a courier using a single click. This saves literally hours of time each day and allows you to spend time focusing on growing your business and answering emails rather than just booking shipping. This alone makes veeqo essential.

We selected Reachdesk because from a capability standpoint, they were very similar but Reachdesk had much better pricing.

The staff found ShipStation hard to use. We are struggling to set it up and found that the interface was not intuitive like veeqos was. We were doubtful that it could outperform veeqo in the main areas which are important to us, usability and time-saving. Veeqo also has a clean UI.
