RedTeam Flex vs. Unanet CRM by Cosential

RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.

I believe it is well suited for large companies or companies that use many different platforms to track and display data because of the ways Unanet can connect across platforms. If your company tracks projects associated with clients to plan workflow and business development opportunities, this is a great CRM to use. It is very user-friendly and the team at Unanet works well with our internal partners to maximize efficiency and provide us the customizations that we need

• Building a proper estimate/proposal

• Inability to delete certain information such as old duplicate vendors, contacts, etc.
• I run into a lot of road blocks with obscure permissions
• Some reports have issues when printing

• The open software is somewhat difficult to master as an administrator.

Unanet is user-friendly and a very “smart” platform. I took off one point for the issues we seem to run into every couple weeks in which certain features are glitchy and unable to be used for a couple hours. They are fixed quickly, but it is frustrating in the moment

My original trainer / implementation specialist was fantastic. That relationship has continued, even though I have been officially handed off to the customer service side. The customer service side seems to have higher turnover than normal, but in general they are also very supportive, although not as responsive as I might like.

Procore is [a] product that we [are] familiar with as well because a few other companies that we have partnered with use Procore. The program is a good CPM, but RedTeam stands out to our company for the customer service. Over the years we have been able to communicate opportunities to make something more efficient and they have implemented some of those suggestions. That is invaluable to us.

• It has eliminated the need for hundreds of spreadsheets for each job and has saved time overall
• It allows all facets of the company to see information as they need to see it
• It's a central place for everyone to store and access information rather than having files all over individual computers.
