ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• Invites only happy customers to review online.

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

RepuGen was, by far, easier to use and I got more responses with it compared to the other company.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

• Customers see our positive online reviews and end up choosing us, ROI is high.

• We have an average of over 30% more clicks on our Google Business Profiles since we started using ReputationStacker (because we now show a lot higher in Google's local search pack).
