Pros	Implementation was incredibly easy, and their team did most of the work for us. Team is very communicative and always willing to jump on a call to help with questions. Cons	Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). Alternatives Considered	Opensend is a set-it-and-forget-it money making machine that runs 24/7 in the backend.
