Pros	Mitratech Trigger automatic reminders for review completion. Organize feedback in specific areas of focus. Quickly view team members that are due for review. Great UX. Incentivized Verified User Read full review
Cons	Mitratech Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review. Return on Investment	Mitratech Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change. Incentivized Verified User Read full review
