Overall Satisfaction with Reviewsnap

Reviewsnap is being used by my organization to manage and track employee performance. Managers use it to perform reviews on their team members. These reviews are then used to measure performance, set goals and review and specific intervals in leveraging salary adjustments, role and responsibility increases and overall recognition of improvement and growth.
  • Trigger automatic reminders for review completion.
  • Organize feedback in specific areas of focus.
  • Quickly view team members that are due for review. Great UX.
  • Cleaner, simpler dashboard.
  • Shorter default reviews. Currently very long.
  • Ability to increase company co-brand.
  • Improved efficiency in review process.
  • Increased quality of employees with goal tracking.
  • Heighten communication with 360-degree reviews.
Reviewsnap is well suited for improving the performance review process by allowing managers to continually gather and take notes on employees and develop a thorough performance review. This allows managers to efficiently identify areas for improvement and track growth. Allows for better tracking of 360-degree reviews for managers and employees to collaborate and eventually raise the positive performance of a company.
