Likelihood to Recommend	Mitratech Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it Incentivized Verified User Read full review	TruScore No answers on this topic
Pros	Mitratech Trigger automatic reminders for review completion. Organize feedback in specific areas of focus. Quickly view team members that are due for review. Great UX. Incentivized Verified User Read full review	TruScore No answers on this topic
Cons	Mitratech Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review. Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed. Alternatives Considered	Mitratech Reviewsnap has been comparable to most the systems I've used in the past. I wouldn't say that one of the systems I've used and mentioned above sticks out far above or below the others. Incentivized Verified User Read full review	TruScore No answers on this topic
Return on Investment	Mitratech Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change. Incentivized Verified User Read full review	TruScore No answers on this topic
