Pingboard is very much suitable for new employees to understand the organizational structure and who is handling what. This gives them the freedom to approach the right person for any work and it saves a lot of time. Also, the platform is very much convenient and secure which allows us to share it across members

• Support team is responsive, but can take several days or more to get resolution sometimes
• Status of different brands can change a lot over the course of short periods of time - not always Runa's fault, but sometimes frustrating
• We've been through several account managers due to turnover. Thankfully, they catch on quick, but does take a bit to get a new AM up to speed each time

• There can be a featured with which we can track an employees performance
• 1:1 meetings is buggy and can be drastically improved
• More integrations with meeting and peer review software is needed

They provide a great portal that is very intuitive to use

We have a dedicated customer support person, he is quick to react to any needs or requests. We feel that MELP requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Super smooth to implement

We have previously used giftcloud which doesn't compare to the experience we've had with wegift/runa. Far less interaction with runa is required, much better service for our money, wider range of gifts, better service provided to our customers, easy portal

• We have managed to offer international gift vouchers from multiple countries at once
• With integration gift cards are provided to our clients in seconds
• No bugs, integration and service overall is working very well
