Rydoo vs. Zeni

I would recommend it for someone who wanted to track reimbursed expenses or credit card expenses, but there is not enough in Rydoo to work with these two distinct categories of items separately. It is not a good fit for someone looking to have their expenses seamlessly reimbursed (like Expensify). I do recommend it if you need to work with multiple currencies, because it makes that easy.

Zeni is well suited for any organization that needs accounting work. They have been great for us since we are in the SaaS space and they adjusted our accounts to reflect SaaS needs and metrics. So far I think Zeni would be a fit for any size of company. I think it would be great to start out with Zeni so that you have them in place as you grow.

All I know was I am a victim of ACH through the Zeni system. My business will take years to recover from this fraud.

When Rydoo is responsive, support is just fine, but there have been times when our requests for support have gone unanswered for more than a day when their queue has indicated response times much shorter than that.

The Zeni team has always been quick to respond and get on a call if needed.

Expensify was easy to use too but I feel like Rydoo does a better job of capturing receipt info with less work on the users end. Also with Rydoo you don't have to create a report, you can just submit expenses as you go. With Expensify you had to create a report first which added extra unnecessary work with no benefits.

We used Bench.co before switching to Zeni- our books were often not available when promised, we had issues with duplicate transactions, and we had serious communication issues when trying to file our taxes. Zeni corrected our books and got our taxes filed quickly and seamlessly.

• Rydoo saves time, which saves money. I'm able to make and check expenses quickly.
• Rydoo was easy to learn and integrate. It didn't require lengthly training so it smoothed the onboarding process for new hires.
• Rydoo centralizes internal communication about specific expenses, since you can leave comments.

• I believe Zeni was taking my money without permission
• Zeni did not verify the company to be legitimate. They let a gmail address with no website qualify. All they needed to do was look up the real company and verify this is fraudulent.
