It's an easy to configure platform that trigger alerts such as Datadog, aws cloudwatch, GCP, etc. Zenduty leverages data to perform rapid RCAs and helps reduce future incidents. It also helps in automated communications for accelerated and frictionless collaboration between support staff and subject matter experts.
