• Skyvia Backup is a web tool, that's why we don't need to install and maintain it. The interface is pretty intuitive and you can clearly see what's going on with your backups, compare backup versions, and restore specific records per request.

• We'd like some improvement on backup email notification - we receive emails if the backup creation has failed for some reason, but we don't receive them when it has been completed, or when we run out of disk space. It requires spending some additional time to log in and check whether the disk space is still enough. Would be great to save this time for other tasks.

• The tool itself has many capabilities but using them operationally within the platform on a day to day basis for managing vulnerabilities is not a good experience.
• Our company was in desparate need of a tool to help us manage vulnerabilities so we could achieve a SOC 2 assurance report without findings.

Easy to configure, not much technical knowledge required

Developer-Centric Design - Snyk integrates directly into IDEs (like VS Code and IntelliJ), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, and container registries. Clear, Actionable Vulnerability report issues are categorized by severity.


Reports include fix recommendations, pull request suggestions, and links to remediation advice.

I love their Customer Care Team.

We evaluated Spanning Backup for Salesforce, but it didn't match our business scenario, as they create daily incremental backups without a possibility for retention.

Unfortunately, neither cover all of the use cases that we would like so we need to use both but they are both excellent tools as part of our vulnerability management. We find that Snyk helps us better with improving our MTTR of identified vulnerabilities when compared to inspector but that may be more based on how we have implemented both tools

• We haven't measured the ROI yet, but the fact that we don't have to pay per each user that accesses our backup account is very beneficial to us, as we are a small organization.

• Increased developer experience
• Better productivity due to shift left as Vulnerabilities are caught earlier in the SDLC process
