Likelihood to Recommend	SmartyAds SmartyAds DSP works mainly for campaigns that are not very concerned about brand safety. The main issue we have had with them has been related to fraud since they are resellers of a lot of inventory. If you need to run on traffic, that is 100% clean, and then you should try other DSPs.
