Considered Both Products	SurveyMonkey, Inc Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply They honestly are interchangeable and one is not particularly better than the other one in my humble opinion. Pick whichever one works best for you! Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply It is free on the initial steps and once you pay for the license you get full customization. Incentivized Helpful? Layla Dlamini Assistant Director of Business Operations in Information Technology at Kingmusa Pty Ltd (Information Technology & Services, 11-50 employees) Chose SurveyMonkey Apply SurveyMonkey Apply (formerly Fluid Review) is extremely user friendly, it speeds up the survey/forms creativity and design. Very reliable and trusted - it is the most popular and used by small organizations to large and well established businesses. You can easily opt for month … Incentivized Helpful? Kira Dineen Genetics Radio/Podcast Host and Producer in Marketing at DNA Today (Broadcast Media, 1-10 employees) Chose SurveyMonkey Apply SurveyMonkey is also easy but lacks some of the integration that Google Surveys offers. Most people use Google or have an account which makes it very easy for them to use. Google Surveys are free and there is a free account for Survey Monkey, however it is more limited compared … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply I have used Google Forms to create surveys in the past. I think SurveyMonkey delivers faster results that you can easily read and understand. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply SurveyMonkey Apply is a full workflow tool that is very user-friendly and has a low barrier to entry for administrators and users. No database or coding knowledge is required to customize and implement this tool. Incentivized Helpful? Shane Fraser, MBA Owner in Corporate at SNA Today (Marketing & Advertising, 1-10 employees) Chose SurveyMonkey Apply We think that Submittable is the top platform available and will continue to use it for our clients. The start-to-finish platform makes our workflow smarter and more efficient, leading to better decisions and bigger impact. We are always looking for new programs and when we … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply None! This is the first software we are using for this. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply I think that Google Forms is a bit more accessible as most of what we do is on google and so in that regard, it is hard to prioritize an external software when it can do basically the same things. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply We were an applicant for a grant through another entity that used FluidReview. It was exactly what we were looking for in a grant application software. We did not compare any at that time as FluidReview fit our needs. Since then, we have applied for grants through GovGrants. … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose SurveyMonkey Apply SurveyMonkey Apply has a much better user experience and is easy to navigate so that there was not much reliance on customer service reps to handle the program buildout and maintenance. SurveyMonkey Apply also has better data export capabilities, and we were able to design the … Incentivized Helpful? Leah Melnick Director of Programs at The Giving Kitchen (Non-Profit Organization Management, 1-10 employees) Chose SurveyMonkey Apply I honestly didn't search any further than SurveyMonkey Apply, as the price was so affordable and the ability to do everything we needed was already there. Likelihood to Recommend	SurveyMonkey, Inc If you are looking for a software that let's you create online forms seamlessly and also minimizes your company's work flow then this is the correct way to go. It has allowed us to get accurate response and also has helped us save enough time compared to when we're still using other softwares. Pros	SurveyMonkey, Inc SurveyMonkey Apply has the best customer service I've ever experienced in a company. They are easily accessible, super helpful and friendly, and they will work until they are able to find a solution. The platform for building an application on SurveyMonkey Apply is simple for the user. It's set up with such a clean format that is appealing to the eye and incredibly user-friendly. The application system also has a lot of flexibility, making it easy to customize your applications as needed. Incentivized Leah Melnick Director of Programs Read full review
Cons	SurveyMonkey, Inc An average administration may not have the technical capabilities to adapt and shape it for themselves. While SurveyMonkey Apply has an option for tech support for a price, it is not something always easy for the admin. There is no way to cross reference users by Social Security Number or other identifier. In other words, a single applicant with multiple email addresses could potentially apply and receive benefits as the users are tied to email address not email address and SSN. Alternatives Considered	SurveyMonkey, Inc We think that Submittable is the top platform available and will continue to use it for our clients. The start-to-finish platform makes our workflow smarter and more efficient, leading to better decisions and bigger impact. We are always looking for new programs and when we landed on Submittable, we were sold. Incentivized Shane Fraser, MBA Owner Read full review
Return on Investment	SurveyMonkey, Inc Positive Impact: allowed us to move to a more virtual office, just in time for COVID's forcing all to work from home/remotely. Negative Impact: made it much harder to capture all data we need to merge with all applicants since organization created. Incentivized Verified User Read full review
