TeamSnap vs. Zenoti

I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. • It would be nice to see who has viewed the notification message but has yet to respond.
• I would like to have an idea of how many people have viewed a message sent to the team.
• It's hard to know which communication channel is more effective - sending a message or using the chat feature.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues. It's flawless and well worth the cost.

Drivn.today is a horrible app/alternative to TeamSnap. Their app is super clumsy and not intuitive whatsoever. TeamSnap's website is nicely organized, and the app is simple and well organized. The app carries almost all the same features as the website, and it is a fully-functional alternative to the website. The alerts and notifications are super helpful.
