The Org vs. Workleap Pingboard

This software is good for creating an organizational chart and visualizing the positions needed to grow your company. It allows you to create profiles of each employee so potential candidates can see who they may be working with, who the company employs, who they may be working for, and whether there is room for upward mobility.

Pingboard is very much suitable for new employees to understand the organizational structure and who is handling what. This gives them the freedom to approach the right person for any work and it saves a lot of time. Also, the platform is very much convenient and secure which allows us to share it across members

The Org was our first Org Chart software. We also have what amounts to an org chart in Justworks but it isn't laid out as cleanly or as plainly. Before using The Org, the org charting was a bit scattered and many people had problems with chain of command questions
