Timelabs vs. Wagepoint

It's best suited for an organization where you have over 20 employees. Not for a company that has a lower count.

I highly recommend Wagepoint, especially for start-up companies. Their fees are really cheap and the quality of their work is really good. They may have room for improvement on the reporting side, but given their flexibility, they can always find a way to help your organization. I definitely recommend Wagepoint.

• Reports need to be improve. You cannot customize your preferred report. Thus, manual reporting happens at times. But you can't complain on the cost.
• Flexibility on late notice of payroll processing. Lowering additional fees could help us.
• Need to ask clients for feedback on the use of system.

Wagepoint is great for our Canadian employees, as Gusto does not support multi-national workforces. However, Gusto provides a much more robust system with which you can manage employees salaries, healthcare benefits, and additional benefits. Gusto also provides ample data with which to evaluate costs, understand employees, and forecast future costs, which Wagepoint does not support.

• Time and effort is saved from filing remittances to relevant government bodies.
• Timely and accurate reporting of our payroll
