As an organisation, we have evaluated many HRMS software before shortlisting this one. It has an original data source for millions of workers and helps in easy verification. It is the second-largest network for income and employment verification. Moreover, it has simple and …
We worked with only a few vendors. Truework gave a pretty good deal and we were happy with their sales representative, so it was a clear choice. Some of the things we liked about Truework was that some of its clients had the same HRIS system as ours. The data that they …
The verification data is pulled on demand with Vault Verify. When using The Work Number by Equifax, the data was only pulled 2 times a month, so we would still get requests for more up-to-date verifications.
When I was searching for an income and employment verification vendor, I spoke to a rep at Equifax and a rep at Vault Verify. The rep at Equifax was more of a salesperson whereas the person at Vault Verify was day-to-day customer service. Also, Equifax did not have a monthly …
I don't remember who we looked at besides Vault Verify at that time but I know once we looked at Vault Verify and the services they provided we were sold and haven't regretted this discussion at all.
I used ADP The Work Number for years before moving to a different company and implementing Vault Verify. Vault is so easy to use for admins and team members, more so than the Work Number. Also, HR hardly ever has to log into Vault Verify where I was in ADP Work Number all of …
Truework may not be ideal for companies with a large quantity of complex earning codes, as the code mapping can get messy. We've found some difficulty with finding a solution for international companies we have acquired. Otherwise, Truework has suited us very well, and sends us emails to complete verifications for someone they can't find in the records we've sent over. We utilize a good number of contractors and we've decided not to send that information to Truework, so we always need to do those manually when Truework lets us know the associate in question can't be found.
We get various requests for employment verification letters from current employees. It would be nice to have a feature within vault verify that could house various letter templates and allow us to direct all our employees there. Rather than creating a letter inhouse.
Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust with I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment are beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is comppleted was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best
Truework has been recognized by Forbes as a fastest growing company. They are willing to expand their business and build new relationships. During negotiation they gave us a good deal, which shows that they are willing to let the customer evaluate their services over time. The team is also very prompt in responding to questions and proactive in initiating questions for clarification.
We worked with only a few vendors. Truework gave a pretty good deal and we were happy with their sales representative, so it was a clear choice. Some of the things we liked about Truework was that some of its clients had the same HRIS system as ours. The data that they requested in the format was easily admissible. The main factor by far was the price and cost savings.
