VAIRKKO is very well-suited to track HR information and scheduling. It is a bit more difficult to create training and disseminate it to employees, but once you get past the learning curve, it works nicely. It's easy to track your employees' certifications and credentials, with reminders for recertifying and the ability to update certs as needed. Scheduling is not difficult, and one can track staffing issues easily.

• Sometimes the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like
• Frequent updates that can impact the guidelines we establish for our internal employees
• Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update.

• When I update an employee's general information page - if they do not have Custom User name listed - it puts my name in there and my password - when this happens the information I added is not going to be saved. If I am working on the top of the page - I don't see this unless I remember to check. Please don't let this be an automatic fill in.
• Too many search tools - highlighting the most used would be great
• When a person's schedule is changed - you lose their previous schedule. So when we need to look back and see when a person worked but realize they changed shifts and we no longer have it in Vairkko - it becomes very challenging.

Since I started in our organization, 360Learning has evolved and keep evolving and makes the experience easier and better.

You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

I was not part of the implementation.

We had a lot of reasons for choosing to partner with PSA for our Learn 360 platform. The others were a much larger price, were not as easy to use, were not as feature-rich, and didn't have us plugged into so many relevant titles at any time. They also didn't seem as adaptable or have an AI component built in.

Certification Cloud is easy to use and stands out from a pricing point of view. It just does the job at a really low price point

• We have gone from having 0 learners to having 24 actively engaged learners in a year.
• We have put our customer service folks through customer service training and have been able to retain 2 demanding customers.
• We have gone from having 1-2 new courses per month to having over 100 titles available on demand for our learners.

• It's cleaned up our former filing process and simplified record access
• It's allowed management to perform at-a-glance training performance, and given us the ability to modify our training on-the-fly.
