As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams. Scalability	Vantage Circle I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points.
