Viewpoint HR Management vs. WebHR

It is well suited to manage field and office employees together. the process of critical onboarding of employees has been in the improved form. Reduction of manual data entry to a level is improved. The cloud-based applicant tracking system is a feature to look forward to. The portal makes the data audit-ready always which aligns things a lot.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

The feature to manage field and office employees. The usefulness in the management of paystubs. The application of training material availability and an audit-ready data feature is adding to its wings.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• Critical on boarding process makes it more useful.
• Nothing seems negative except need to make it more automated.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
