WebHR vs. Workzoom

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.
• A fairly priced HR system is available with a fantastic technical and sales team.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.

• Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is totally worth it.
• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
• our quarterly performance reviews, which were previously manual processes for us, have been streamlined and automated.
