Wellable vs. Workleap Pingboard

We love the variety of activities Wellable offers and the secondary platforms it's able to connect to. All of our team members were able to use link the apps that they were already using to the Wellable platform. Even our team members that do not use wearable devices can go in and manually input their exercises to receive points. This makes it accessible for all users.

Pingboard is very much suitable for new employees to understand the organizational structure and who is handling what. This gives them the freedom to approach the right person for any work and it saves a lot of time. Also, the platform is very much convenient and secure which allows us to share it across members

• Wellable makes it so easy for us to manage this program. They make it so that we have very little to do on our end to keep the program running smoothly. It really helps us continue to focus on the business while still being able to offer a great program like this.

• None! Our team really loves it.

• There can be a featured with which we can track an employees performance
• 1:1 meetings is buggy and can be drastically improved
• More integrations with meeting and peer review software is needed

The support team is just the best! They answer questions really quickly and would usually go above and beyond to help us diagnose and fix the problems. Admin support from the account managers is also great!

Never looked into other Wellable-type products.

• 90% of our corporate staff participate in our annual team events on the Wellable platform.
• Our use tapers off during the individual events throughout the year, but that is mostly due to our organization not continuing to push usage.
• Wellable offers many opportunities for us to interact with our team members and has helped us all stay connected through the pandemic.
