Overall Satisfaction with Wellable

We use Wellable as a tool to promote health and wellness within our Corporate team. We see it as an asset for not only our current employee's health and wellness, but also as an incentive to potential hires as is signals that we support their individual health needs. In addition to our ongoing monthly individual challenges, we have annual challenges where employees complete in pairs or teams. We really like how Wellable's points system allows people to compete in these events using the activities that are most accessible to them as individuals as some of our team have mobility issues.

  • Their customer service team is phenomenal, corresponding quickly and answering questions completely.
  • The platform supports a variety of activities.
  • I'd like to see an email announcing the launch of a new monthly focus as part of the continuous wellness program's standard email communication.
  • Some of our users have issue with the device not synching automatically after a period of time.
  • 90% of our corporate staff participate in our annual team events on the Wellable platform.
  • Our use tapers off during the individual events throughout the year, but that is mostly due to our organization not continuing to push usage.
  • Wellable offers many opportunities for us to interact with our team members and has helped us all stay connected through the pandemic.

We love the variety of activities Wellable offers and the secondary platforms it's able to connect to. All of our team members were able to use link the apps that they were already using to the Wellable platform. Even our team members that do not use wearable devices can go in and manually input their exercises to receive points. This makes it accessible for all users.
