We use Agency Analytics to keep track of all our digital campaigns, website activity, and social media activity. During our busy workdays, we need to be able to see everything in one place at a glance to know that our campaigns are running well and spot any disruptions or opportunities for growth. Agency Analytics is specifically designed for marketing agencies. We are in a unique position where we are a financial institution that manages all of our digital campaigns in-house. We needed a solution to monitor and report on all our digital initiatives. After lots of searching, we couldn't find any other platform that does what Agency Analytics does well. This platform is not suited for small businesses or just monitoring your website. It's meant to be an all-in-one analytics and reporting platforms for digital campaigns.

At <a rel="nofollow,noopener" target="_blank" href="https://titanwebagency.com">Titan Web Agency</a>, we use Agency Analytics for client reporting. We will also use the dashboard to get a quick look at the campaign performance. Their customizable dashboard allows us to quickly look at Google Analytics Data, PPC information, Google Business Profile performance, etc.

It is one of the most reliable platforms with advanced services.
Agency Analytics has great customer service support which addresses all problems that clients face on a regular basis.
Agency Analytics has the capability of connecting with web analytical solutions.
Easy to use functions.

Cons

A limited customization feature on the imported data.
Secondly, some analysis tools are limited as compared to other platforms, such as goal tracking.
The conversion tracking from the application is a little inefficient and not up to the mark, which leaves an unfavorable impression on the user.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AgencyAnalytics mostly in our Marketing Department only. We house our SEO and PPC clients in there and integrate all marketing efforts with them from SEO and PPC to email marketing and review management.

Pros

Beautiful platform. Easy to use and view.
Transparent for us with clients as we can add our clients to give them live access to the dashboard.
Loads of integrations!
The company quickly adds new integrations and takes feedback seriously, often making changes from it within the same quarter.

Cons

There are always more integrations to create in our digital world. So this will be ongoing, but they do a stellar job in this area.

Likelihood to Recommend

SEO: This platform is great for website audits, analytics, keyword ranking, and tracking.

PPC: AgencyAnalytics is a great hub to easily view and analyze and share with the client their PPC efforts.

Automatic Reporting, Need I say more? This was the biggest challenge for us until we found AgencyAnalytics.

We use Agency Analytics to track the progress of campaigns. We also give all of our clients access to the tool so that they can see in real time what's happening with their business in the digital ecosystem. It gives everyone on our team visibility into what's working and what isn't.

Passwords after being reset can't be copy pasted
So much can be done it's a little overwhelming

Great for large businesses with multiple brands/websites/locations under one umbrella. Agency Analytics allows you to see everything in one dashboard so you have complete visibility into what's happening with your digital properties without having to check them one by one. Clients love that we give this to them (even if they often forget to log in after the fact, they seem to appreciate that it's an option).

We also had no reliable tool for backlink research which is an important SEO factor in these competitive industries. We were looking for software that can automate on-site audits to drastically reduce the time need to complete an SEO audit, as well as help provide more streamlined ways to do monthly reporting. </p><p><b>Goals</b></p><ul><li>Improve the quality of service offerings to retain clients.</li><li>More focus on backlink building.</li><li>Better competitive research.</li><li>Improved account management.</li><li>Reduce costs by improving efficiency in analysis and reporting (estimated reduction is 1-2 hrs. per client per month).</li></ul>

Agency Analytics is a good tool for agencies that want fairly robust data visualization for an affordable cost. The price is reasonable and it can grow at a fair rate as you get more clients. It's also very useful when completing SEO audits for the client. If you're a large or digitally-focused agency, it's probably not as robust as you'd want it to be. But for the price, it's a great tool.
