We use Archie across desks, rooms, and also to register visitors at the front desk. It helps coordinate home and office days and ensures everyone can easily reserve space before coming in.
Pros
- Easy desk booking via app or Teams
- Outlook calendar sync by default
- Some visibility into office usage, team attendance, etc.
Cons
- More customizable reporting would turn Archie into be a proper workforce tool and not just a booking platform
- Some admin setup takes time the first time you implement it
Likelihood to Recommend
Best suited for companies with hybrid work setups. Less relevant for fully remote or very small offices. The visitor part is applicable to all companies though.
