Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We are currently using Archie for managing desks, conference rooms and offices. Their system is easy to use and it's fully connected with microsoft so we can use it from there too. Overall I would say it fits our needs very well and personally I like their app.
Pros
- You can customize the inventory in a lot of different ways
- The floor plans are drag and drop, it still takes time to edit them but it's very easy
- Managing user groups and what they can book is pretty straightforward
Cons
- The mobile app is sleek in terms of design but usability is slightly below that of the web portal
- Depending on the resource, booking by hour vs booking a full day requires an extra click
Likelihood to Recommend
Archie is great if you need to manage your entire office eg: how your team reserves a desk, how they book meeting rooms and so on. They don't sell any hardware so you'll have to get your own tablets if you need those for meeting rooms. I would say the experience is even better when embedded into teams/outlook.
