Pros
- Auto renews postings.
- The reports are very detailed.
- Tracks a lot of information.
Cons
- Getting the setup done correctly the first time.
- Be more user-friendly, and access support helps a lot faster.
- Integrations need improvement.
- Tying in all the systems and services to work correctly.
- You need to make the reports easily editable. It takes too long to create a basic report.
Likelihood to Recommend
We are still new to Arcoro HR. They don't have all the bugs figured out yet. So, I can't say how well the system works. Based on our experience so far, it seems Arcoro HR is new to the HRIS space and needs significant improvement. Depending on the industry, Arcoro would be a good fit. Not so much for G.C's
