Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR

Will another product integration we lost HR functionality in our primary HR software leading us to sign up with Arcoro HR after Sage Intacct made the recommendation.

Pros

  • in my experience, provides very minimal training
  • in my experience, sends support articles to resolve issues
  • in my opinion, failed to meet implementation expectations with Sage Intacct
  • in my experience, doesn't get back to customers on submitted support tickets for days

Cons

  • No disciplinary area for write up or verbal warnings
  • in my opinion, training needs to be redesigned for those that implement the system and still have to work their 60 hours a week at the same time.
  • This has increased by payroll costs having to find a solution to integrate Arcoro HR with Sage Intacct
  • in my experience, the ExakTime module was not built properly prior to payroll operating resulting in missed payrolls and a multitude of inaccuracies due to manual manipulation of timecard export in order to import into payroll software.
  • We are experiencing an increase in data entry as we now have to enter items once in the Arcoro HR platform and then again in the Sage Intacct payroll platform.
we lost some functionality to enter on call time and the freedom to determine which job when overtime occurs gets charged for it (for example, Saturday in a Wednesday to Tuesday weekly payroll would typically be the day of overtime for a job, but based on the over 40 rules it occurs on Monday and Tuesday jobs.
We still don't have the flow of Arcoro HR down and employees are experiencing difficulty identifying events and workflows and when they are do.

In my opinion, it is less appropriate for organizations that are smaller in nature with minimal operating staff and does not integrate with our payroll or accounting software. The concept is great as far as the life cycle of the employee and everything in one place.

Arcoro HR Support

In my experience, Support is slow to get back to customers and we get chatbot support articles sometimes not even close to the issue.
