Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR

We use Arcoro HR for applicant tracking and onboarding. It allows us to stay organized for open positions, candidates, and for onboarding new employees.

Pros

  • Implementation is well supported
  • Easy to use and good support
  • Good and storing documents

Cons

  • The support wiki could be a better at searching
  • some features are not as easy to configure or have limited configuration options
  • The system has improved the number of candidates we get
  • The system has sped up our onboarding of new hires
Exaktime has been helpful to our field team members and managing time and attendance.
It is relatively simple for the field team to manage their clock in and clock out.
In my opinion, Arcoro HR is easier to use and configure than ViewPoint. It is not as robust as UKG. It is about the same as JazzHR.
