Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for reviews it helps aggregate the reviews to aid in promotions. It also allows for comments and helps our executive team learn how our consultants are doing on their different engagements across the United States.

We use AssessTEAM in our organization to do all peer performance reviews and feedback mechanisms. This gives us an apples to apples format to evaluate every team member using the same criteria based on our core values and purpose. We customize based on subject matter expert and departments to get a 360 degree view of our entire team.

Pros

  • Level playing field to evaluate every team member using same criteria
  • Customizable to which team members get access to which peer reviews
  • Great reporting metrics that quantify and compare all team member responses for the benefit of each reviewee
  • The automatic scheduling and nudges to get team members to each fill out their required assessments

Cons

  • Get rid of the auto-proceed function. It's not necessary and it goes the next question without filling out comments
