Autodesk Construction Cloud is out in house data management system for all things Revit. We use Revit primarily in our office so being able to store and access projects and references in the cloud help tremendously with collaborative work environments. We are also a hybrid office which allows us to work outside of the office seamlessly. Some problems often arise when new features are provided that often needs a troubleshooter or someone familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud to understand the new features. The problems can often been addressed through experimentation and often benefits the office as a whole.
Pros
Data Management
Collaborative Work
Seamless integration of other programs
Cons
Forma integration
Data checks
Protection

It is a great document management system that provides quick and easy access to reference files and revit files. It has become our main depository for anything Revit. It provides easy collaboration features that allows teams to work from anywhere. It is a great solution for hybrid work and provides teams a platform to communicate.
I use Autodesk Construction Cloud everyday to manage data on our construction project. Autodesk Construction Cloud allows us to store all project information in a single location. The ability to have different levels of permissions also allows us to store sensitive information that some parties should not see alongside information that all project members can see in the same place, which is very convenient.
Pros
Daily Reports
Requests for Information
Submittals
Photographs
File Storage
Cons
Interface of drawing sheets, very jagged and slow moving through sheets
Ability to export punchlist to a cleaner excel spreadsheet
Deficiency tracking

Autodesk Construction Cloud is well suited for larger commercial projects in my opinion. To be able to fully utilize all of the great aspects of Autodesk Construction Cloud, the project should be on the larger size. Autodesk Construction Cloud does a great job of storing and tracking information amongst many parties. Our project has up to 40 stakeholders who can all see real time information on where documents stand on the project whether they be in a process or are finalized and stored.
Autodesk Construction Cloud creates a one-stop solution for managing construction documents from correspondence, invoices, pay applications, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes. The ability to interconnect items is a huge time saver. For example, when taking meeting minutes, you can link an RFI/Submittal/issue to the agenda item so you are aren't having to go to a different module to find the item. The ease of assigning tasks and due dates to items encourages accountability. The ability to customize modules/reports/views is very intuitive and appreciated. It's easy to use out of the box and then allows you to increase the breadth and depth of the integration into your organization.
Pros
Meeting Minutes: Simple to use and adapt from Agenda to Minutes, attach reference documents efficiently, and assign accountability to attendees.
Budget/Cost Reporting: There is a learning curve, but the visibility of budgets and costs from inception to closeout is beneficial for the user and makes reporting to investors simple and consistent.
Document Management: The version history on drawings "sheets" is very helpful when managing a project through design and construction. Issuing addenda, drawings, or tracking down a change in design is simple.
Pay Applications/Change Order Workflow: the customizable workflows along with time stamps of reviews and response makes tracking down status and bottlenecks very easy.
Cons
External Users: The ability to have external users review and respond to items or even just distribute items like invoices for example would be beneficial.
Budget Format: There are so many layers to budgets/contract/etc. When you need to update a budget code, it feels like you need to do it in 3 places in 3 different ways to make it take effect.
User Management: This has become easier since you don't have to login to a different system anymore but is still a bit cumbersome.
Program Tracking: The ability to have multiple projects roll-up under a program would be a suggestion.
Dashboard: The ability to have a dashboard reporting across multiple projects by type/region/program/etc.
Likelihood to Recommend
Well Suited: Autodesk Construction Cloud is cost effective, user friendly, and robust. They aren't nickel and diming you for use of each module. Once users are on-board with the system it creates an ecosystem that all users "go to first" for an answer.
Less Appropriate: As a Developer, there are some hiccups as it is designed more for the GC (general contractor). A template option that is Developer forward would an improvement.
We use it to keep track of submittals and RFIs in construction. By having one cloud platform, it stops documents from getting lost in emails. It also eliminates the need for a separate to-do list per project, as all consultants can see what needs to be done and the status of each task. I also use it to see the most up to date project documents.
Pros
Easy to view submittal/RFI status
Assigning roles to certain consultants
Cons
The ability to customize RFI/submittal responses (some clients have separate preferences)
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for large projects with many consultants and stakeholders. It keeps everything well organized and easy to find. It reminds consultants of deadlines!
I used Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage my work everyday, I do modeling in cloud file that was stored in Autodesk Construction Cloud so everyone can have an access to it and working on the same file. That makes us more productive at work and make us easier discuss to where we want us to go.
Pros
Manage Files
Storing Files
Cheking a model
Follow up an Issue
Cons
Model view, Walk through the model a bit tricky especially with complex model, we need more time to identified if our model really clash
Make a Folder icon customizeable, so we can make an color coded folder icon that make us easier to identified where the specific folder that we want
Make Autodesk ai more effective

A : Your company still working on local server and everyone working in the different files?
B : Yeah, that's sucks right. when it comes to electrical shortage we'll doomed
A : Have you tried to use Cloud server maybe? like an ACC? since your company is working on Construction industry? It's saver and better than local server
The scope of my use was over multiple large scale (100K+ Sq. Ft.) projects. I works well at unifying the source of the most current information and submittals across a project.
Pros
Manage Folder Structures
Search Files/Documents
Hierarchy Folder Access Permissions
Maintain communication strings and meeting minutes.
Cons
Managing Data
The footprint large projects leave within Desktop Connector and Mitigating that data
REMOVE "add up to 80 projects" from the Desktop Connector Select Projects Screen! It is better to cycle the project data in/out for syncing latest greatest rather than have users load up their desktop connector full of projects and let data stagnate/have to be racked to update.

Be prepared for a lot of Front-end set up before you see back-end profitability.
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) hosts documents and files in a centralized location, allowing users from different locations and companies to access the critical project files.
Pros
Cloud hosting for multiple users
Centralized location for documents
Permissions management for different types of users
Cons
The cloud reliability is not as high as it could be
Permissions are confusing to set up for the average user, often takes multiple days of back and forth just to get correct access for a new user.
Sheet viewer is very slow compared to alternatives
Likelihood to Recommend
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is great as a platform to get all users to a centralized location. The platform from a technical perspective could be better to use. Permissions are the biggest thing that slow us down, the majority of the time the manager of the site does not fully understand how to set up permissions and we end up going back and forth over the course of days just to add users.

We use Autodesk Construction Cloud daily for our design process and project documentation. Working in the cloud is extremely useful for teamwork, as it allows multiple people to collaborate simultaneously on the same project, and from different locations. This approach facilitates real-time editing and enhances overall efficiency. Additionally, it is very convenient for sharing progress, files, and final versions with our external consultants.
Pros
Multiple people working simultaneously on the same project
Sharing files with consultants
Document management
Cons
The only thing I can think of to improve is making the user interface a bit more intuitive
Likelihood to Recommend
I think if you're a solo practitioner without a team, it might not be worth having Autodesk Construction Cloud. But if you do have a team, Autodesk Construction Cloud is a must. Having multiple users working simultaneously on the same project is something I truly appreciate. It greatly improves the team's workflow. Also, if you frequently share documentation, models, etc., with consultants, it's very useful.
