Overall Satisfaction with Autodesk Construction Cloud

We use it to keep track of submittals and RFIs in construction. By having one cloud platform, it stops documents from getting lost in emails. It also eliminates the need for a separate to-do list per project, as all consultants can see what needs to be done and the status of each task. I also use it to see the most up to date project documents.

Pros

  • Easy to view submittal/RFI status
  • Assigning roles to certain consultants

Cons

  • The ability to customize RFI/submittal responses (some clients have separate preferences)
  • Positively impacts productivity!
It is very easy to navigate, everything is clearly labeled!
Procore's user interface is not as user-friendly. Next steps are not as obvious and the overall graphic design is more old-school. I do however like how Procore lists the specific issues that you are assigned on the home page. Procore can be more difficult to navigate and it's hard to find attachments.

Yes

It is well suited for large projects with many consultants and stakeholders. It keeps everything well organized and easy to find. It reminds consultants of deadlines!

Yes - It works well! It is cumbersome to have to sync all of the project documents each time I want to view something, especially when I am on sites that don't have great internet connection. But it does make it easy to find all documents when away from my computer!
