BlueJeans Meetings is used for virtual meetings in my organisation in the client environment. It is used by outsourced companies to connect with the clients. The people of my organisation use it in the client environment to connect with each other or the clients for any assistance required or any scheduled meetings.
As it is getting retired soon, new alternatives are being searched by the company so I would not be recommending the software to my colleague. It is a little heavy on the system and the amount of internet it requires is quite large. Very well suited for work from home or remote work environment.
BlueJeans Meetings was used at the request of one of our prominent clients in which we had to secure a software license to use the product. In my opinion, BlueJeans Meetings offers nothing other bigger providers like Zoom, Teams, or Meet provide and seemingly provides no real upside.
In my opinion, its just not a product you'd use when considering the competition like Zoom, Meets, and Teams. They advertise as if they provide the same features as the above mentioned however they do nothing as good as the competition and they cost just as much money.

Especially in our organisation it is used by Sales team to perform the demos of the product. We in IT department use it for easy collaboration with other departments and also to communicate with team members.
We are using it for regular business meetings such as team meetings , inter-department meetings and also for clients meetings, it allows us to collaborate, discuss projects and share documents and presentation in real-time.
After co-vid we have started working remotely so our team is distributed across different locations, here Bluejeans facilitates virtual collaboration, now team can easily connect without the need for physical presence.
We have been using Bluejeans Meetings for the past 6+ years and it has always been of great help to our organization. I personally use it for my daily meetings and what i like best about it is the video and audio quality which is very nice and clear. I like the ability to share screen, record ongoing sessions and send instant messages with Bluejeans Meetings.
Bluejeans Meetings is a great platform for online meetings. Since we started using it, it has always been easy for us to interact with each other as long as you have internet connection. BlueJeans is being used by our team to discuss our strategy and work progress. I personally use BlueJeans for my weekly team meetings. I mainly work from home and travel very frequently, when i am travelling the biggest issue is the internet. There are many occasions where i didn't have good internet connection by still i never faced connectivity problems, which is really a big thing for me. BlueJeans also offer many features which is really helpful during video conferencing, such screen sharing, screen recording, etc. One thing which is personally very like is their Smart meeting feature where it automatically captures the important points.
I find it really convenient when i need to record my meeting, because Bluejeans offer this option and it's really convenient. They also offer Smart Meeting features where it tells me important highlights of a meeting, which is another very convenient feature for me.
