- Through Bluejeans meeting, I am able to collaborate with team members, clients and partners who are spread out across the globe. This improves my efficiency and productivity, as well as my ability to forge stronger connections with people I don't live near.
- It allows me to connect with my team members to develop a more engaged workforce. I could hold team meetings, one-on-one meetings and even social gathering using it. This assist me in a developing a stronger team culture and enhancing employee morale.
- I can integrate 3rd party data sharing and automate workflows for pre, during and post meeting experiences using BlueJeans meeting Webhooks. This helps for a number of things, like automatically notifying team members for meeting and saving meeting recording to cloud storage account.
- I can manage meetings from anywhere with Bluejeans Meetings range of mobile control. For instance using a mobile device aI can start and stop meeting , muffles and unmute participants and share screen.
- It provide embed options for developers who prefer a more plug-and play models as well as client SDk's for developers to completely customise its experience. Due to this, I am able to incorporate Bluejeans meeting into our own applications and offer a seamless video experience.
- Occasionally we have faced that Bluejeans can be sluggish and jerky, especially when there are many attendees in the meeting. this should be improved as it is used on regular basis and this might be challenging to communicate clearly.
- Not all the popular productivity tools are integrated with it, the developer should work on its integration scope,now it is challenging to collaborate with other platforms for specific tasks.
- There should be improvement in the mobile App, as I have experienced uncertain crashes and it is not user friendly as compared to desktop version.
- We were able to close a significant deal with a our client in china by using BlueJeans meeting to present to them and respond to their inquiries.This increase our relationship and drives more business.
- By using BlueJeans meeting to screen sharing with customer and guide them through the troubleshooting steps, we were able to solve a crucial customer issues.It strengthen our relationship with customers.
- By using it, to hold team meeting and customer presentations we were able to reduce our travel expenses. By using it to hold social events for staff members like happy hours and team building activities we were able to raise employee morale.
