Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I have been able to work effectively with partners, client other other colleagues who are based in different locations, and it was all possible due to Bluejeans meeting app, It would do away with the requirements for expensive and time consuming in-person meeting.
It lets me work from home using a flexible schedule, without missing out on crucial information or decision, I could participate in significant meetings and discussion while traveling or at home.
By using virtual conferences and meetings, I was able to drastically cut down on travel costs, it is really very helpful in circumstances where frequent travel is necessary for work related reasons.
In our organisation almost everyone is dependent on this platform due to its outstanding video and audio quality even in the low bandwidth.
Especially in our organisation it is used by Sales team to perform the demos of the product. We in IT department use it for easy collaboration with other departments and also to communicate with team members.

- Bluejeans' ability to record meetings would be beneficial for future references like If I ever needed to revisit a discussion or training sessions, I could access the recorded content, eliminating the need to take extensive notes during meeting.
- Calendar program and messaging services are just a couple of the productivity and collaboration tools that Bluejeans frequently integrates with, scheduling of meeting and team members communication would become more efficient as a result.
- Typically, bluejeans provides mobile app, making it usable on tables and smartphone, this enables me to take part in a meeting even if I am not near a computer system.
- I personally have found that it is less user friendly as compared to other platforms like zoom and Microsoft team, so there should be improvement in it UI
- Sometime it is quite challenging to finds compatibility and integrations with other programs. Improving integration options and ensuring seamless compatibility with a range of devices would be beneficial for future goals.
- There should be improvement in the customer support response time, as I have experienced that they take much longer time and without any satisfactory resolutions.
- Overall better meeting experience, as it provides high quality video and audio which ensure clear and crisp communication.
- Especially important for business critical meeting, as it provides a reliable platform with good uptime record minimising disruption and technical issues during meeting
- For training and documents, it helps a lot where we can record meeting and webinar for later reference.

First of all as the product origine was china , so it was little challenging for us to trust the app and after that due to reports of data breaches found is some organisation, we find it difficult to trust more so we started switching to Bluejeans due to its fantastic features special it's audio and video conferencing features enabled with Dolby technology.
