  • Cafe Communities - The Cafe Communities option leverages affinity groups to bring people together across regions, interests, and ERGs. Its features let users increase visibility on company structure and see how teams and departments fit together. Viewers can scan the org chart or dive deeper into individual employee profiles to learn more about coworkers.
  • Cafe Workplace - Splits offices into neighborhoods, with custom floor plans. Whether coming to the office for collaboration, individual work or social opportunities, it helps to ensure people book the best space. Users can list hardware and equipment available in each space, and compare real-time planning with favorites, individuals, or teams. Availability can be seen directly in Teams or Slack.
  • Cafe Events - A solution to plan, manage, and promote company events, such as lunches and team outings. It features an event page, custom audience outreach, check-in, and event satisfaction survey.
  • Cafe Pulse - A survey-based solution with real-time insights to keep a pulse on employee engagement. Its recurring surveys help to collect employee feedback and better understand their needs, with analytics to track employee satisfaction over time.
