We use CodeTwo Email Signatures across all departments in our business, which allows us to create different signatures for different teams whilst maintaining central management. We can delegate control of the signatures to staff in the creative or marketing departments, allowing them to include specific campaigns or promotions.

Pros

CodeTwo pulls fields from Microsoft 365, so the information, like job titles and contact information, is always up to date.
The ability to delegate signature creation and management to specific teams saves on IT tech load.
As an MSP, the ability to control our clients signatures all under one logon is great.

Cons

CodeTwo can be a little slow when we set up new users, but once it's up and running, it's great.

For existing clients, it's a simple value-add that boosts the bottom line with minimal setup.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has allowed easy overview and admin access to provide company approved signatures to all employees. Its admin portal is easy to navigate to modify settings, set rules, and create the signatures with variables. It integrates seamlessly into Outlook through OWA, Desktop, and Mobile platforms, all without impacting performance on any of devices. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 also allows seamless swapping of email signatures based on the domain/aliases if there are multiple within your tenant.

Pros

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has a robust signature editor allowing you to create multiple signatures with many variables that are auto filled based on the end user or business department.
Their support goes above and beyond. They will walk you through settings within the admin portal, and even have fixed broken signatures, emailing back the template to upload to ensure your signatures work flawlessly.

Cons

While the admin portal is robust and helpful, some settings are not easily understood or found; however CodeTwo support does help find these settings and clarify what they do and how they impact or change the rules for you signatures.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's ROI has honestly been a time saver when it comes to managing multiple signatures for various business units/departments, and functionality in email. We do not have to manage separate email signatures locally and guide users to use them. Rules and flows allow for the signatures to automatically be added locally on the email clients (OWA, Desktop, Mobile) for Outlook, and if for any reason the signature is not auto added, the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 Cloud catches it and adds it on the back end so nothing is lost.

As an MSP, we use the software internally, as well as providing the service to our clients. It completely eliminates the requirement of setting manual signatures within various Outlook clients, and even includes automated signatures when sending from mobile devices, which our clients absolutely love! The fact that we can make an initial change to a signature, and have it immediately deployed to 200+ staff is great.
