We use CodeTwo Email Signatures across all departments in our business, which allows us to create different signatures for different teams whilst maintaining central management. We can delegate control of the signatures to staff in the creative or marketing departments, allowing them to include specific campaigns or promotions.

Pros

  • CodeTwo pulls fields from Microsoft 365, so the information, like job titles and contact information, is always up to date.
  • The ability to delegate signature creation and management to specific teams saves on IT tech load.
  • As an MSP, the ability to control our clients signatures all under one logon is great.

Cons

  • CodeTwo can be a little slow when we set up new users, but once it's up and running, it's great.

Instead of having to create a separate signature in every client, we can easily manage this centrally with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. This ensures that new employees automatically get a proper signature, and that any change is instantly applied for everyone.
