What is Cosmos Video?

Cosmos Video is a virtual office platform for remote and distributed teams. Team members appear as avatars in a shared spatial workspace and can see at a glance who is around and available. Using proximity-based audio and video, a user starts a one-click conversation simply by walking up to a colleague, recreating the spontaneous interactions of a physical office without meeting links or scheduling. The platform also includes meeting rooms for larger groups, screen sharing, group chat with direct messages and channels, availability statuses, AI-powered call recording and transcription (Replay) that produces summaries, insights and action items, and customizable office floor plans. Cosmos connects to more than 30 tools, including Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook, Miro and Figma. It is priced by concurrent users rather than per seat, and runs on the web as well as macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. It is GDPR and SOC 2 compliant.
